Hi. My name is Neil Belfour. I'm one of the solution architects with Quest. And today, I'm going to demonstrate what's new in Enterprise Reporter 3.0. 3.0 includes additional support for Office 365, which includes Azure for Active Directory, Azure [? tenants' ?] subscription licensing, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and hybrid permissions by account.
Enterprise Reporter is a discovery-based application that is agentless and can support all of those platforms that we mentioned. But today, we're going to discuss what's new in Enterprise 3.0. There is currently over 600 built-in reports to the application. All these reports can be customized. All these reports can be edited and organized into multiple categories that you would want to be able to see. And you can see how I've done that simply with AD reports, Azure for AD, and so forth. But what we're going to do is we're going to show you an example of a certain type of report that would cover every category that we just spoke about, Azure for Active Directory.
Well, what would an Azure for Active Directory report look like? Well, it starts out by showing you your groups and members. And I just took a specific Azure for Active Directory Groups and Members report. And you can see specifically, I have a group here called ARS, and these are the members that are included within that Azure group. You can see that we show that as Type as an Azure group.
All these reports are customized. They can be exported to multiple formats and even emailed from this console. Also, these records can be scheduled to run at specific dates and times.
One of, also, the popular reports that you're going to be taking advantage of, when it comes to Azure, is Azure Licensed Users with Service Plans. And you can very easily see the information that you would want to see-- your tenant information, when we last collected that information, a specific user and what type of license they have, and that service plan shown as a status of enabled. Also, popular reports would certainly be Mailboxes With Delegates.
When people ask me about Office 365 reports, when it comes to Exchange Online, what would be probably one of the most popular reports that people run when it comes to Exchange? Well, it's Permissions, in general, but it's Mailboxes With Delegates. And in this report, you can easily see, pointing to a mailbox name, and who has permissions on that mailbox, and what access level of permissions they do have.
Also along the Office 365 platforms that we support is OneDrive. OneDrive [INAUDIBLE] comes down to File and Folder Permissions with Memberships. Now, remember, there are over 600 reports built into Enterprise Reporter. I just chose a handful of them for demonstration purposes for this presentation. And when it comes to OneDrive File and Folder Permissions with Memberships, we can once again easily see the tenant. We can see the drive, the path, and who has permissions to it, and whether that path is shared or not shared; so once again, very easy to be able to see this information.
Also, new in Enterprise 3.0 is remediation. Well, what would remediation look like? Well, remediation is exactly what it sounds like. Now you can see the information in the report and manage it. So under a Folder Permissions Report, we can see the path, in this case, and I can see who has permissions to that path. Well, if I wanted to manage that path right now, Security Explorer integrates into Enterprise Reporter. And we would be able to now manage those permissions that we saw on this path.
