Overview of reporting in Toad Intelligence Central

Toad Intelligence Central version 3.0 contains great new features in the web application that allow users to see exactly how Toad Intelligence Central is being used by their group. To begin with, there's a new reporting section available that shows you what's been published in your Toad Intelligence Central environment, what's being used in your Toad Intelligence Central environment, and what the most popular items that are being downloaded and accessed. To begin with looking at what's been published, you can drill down and see not only what's been published within this environment but who the publisher is, how much they're publishing that's private, shared, and public. For looking at what's been used, you can drill into the objects that are being accessed, and you can look at them by objects. So here I can see that contacts has been accessed 20 times. And I can get detailed information about who's accessing that, or you can go and buy a particular day. So here on June 29, there was lots of activity. I can jump into there and see exactly who's been doing what at that point in time. And lastly, we always show the top 10 most popular items within Intelligence Central so you can see what content is having the most value to your consumers.
