Migrator Pro by Quest for Exchange is a highly automated Exchange migration tool that simplifies enterprise Exchange migrations to newer versions of Exchange, Office 365 or GCC High, saving time and money. Migrator Pro for Exchange (formerly Exchange Pro) does more than move mailboxes—it moves users. Users can go to a portal to see when the migration will happen, sign up for SMS and email notifications, and even choose another migration date. And admins also get their own console that lets them manage the entire project in a single place. It automates data collection, scheduling, reporting, and user communication.
This powerful Exchange migration tool runs on Microsoft technologies like Windows Server, IIS, and .NET, and it includes a SQL database and a PowerShell migration engine. The result is a lightning-quick migration of users to your new cloud, hybrid or on-premises Exchange environment.

Scheduling
Migrator Pro for Exchange lets you filter on almost 100 mailbox and Active Directory attributes to efficiently set up your migration schedule. It also gives accurate metrics that help you estimate how long your migration will take.
User focus
Migrator Pro for Exchange lets your users go to a self-service web portal to see the schedule, sign up for SMS or email notifications, and even choose a different date.
Advanced reporting
Built-in reports give you up-to-the-minute views of the migration processing as it happens. You can use the tool’s charts and diagrams to stay informed on the migration status, including completed and scheduled migration jobs.
Control
With Migrator Pro for Exchange, you can either enter jobs via its rich user interface—or through a command line. This gives you even more flexibility to streamline your schedule with auto syncing. Exchange Pro uses the latest Exchange PowerShell engine, with throughput speeds up to 10 times faster than agent-based tools.
Central admin
A web-based admin console gives you a real-time view of schedules and the status of your migration processing. This lets you quickly troubleshoot and avoid any last-minute roadblocks.
Exchange Pro Public Folders
Extend your mailbox migration to also include public folders. This automates the otherwise manual task of moving legacy Exchange public folders. You can migrate your Public Folders to Exchange 2010, to modern public folder mailboxes within Exchange 2013, 2016, 2019, or to Office 365.
