Version 2.4 of Toad Intelligence Central delivers multiple enhancements aimed at simplifying the administration, expanding the data connectivity, and further facilitate data sharing across your organization. These new features include new Active Directory support. So now within Toad Intelligence Central, you can add users or groups directly from Active Directory. Along with this, users using the Toad Client Tools can connect directly into Intelligence Central using their Windows credentials.
This newest release of Toad Intelligence Central also enables users to connect even more data sources through connectivity with Dell Boomi. The Dell Boomi atmosphere opens up 75 new data sources available to Toad Intelligence Central. By making these data sources available through Dell Boomi and then connecting to them through Toad Intelligence Central, Toad users can now access and query that data directly from their client tools.
This latest release of Intelligence Central also allows for connectivity to the Intelligence Central environment through any third party tool that can access MySQL via ODBC. So using a basic MySQL ODBC connection, users using other tools can connect directly to the Intelligence Central environment and access data that's been provisioned to them through Toad client tools.
